Big drum teachings, Who, where, when why and how it became to be. This is my foundations to most of my teachings similar to the medicine wheel. This teaching is best first thing in the morning. I will share how the drum is a big part of our community. Part of this workshop is a pipe ceremony and sharing circle. I will share how our native culture can help us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
